About St Stephens
WE ARE a church of around 200 committed members of all ages, proud to call ourselves followers of Jesus Christ.
If you think you know what Church is about, come and try us ― you may well think again!
This IS Church – but not as you know it!
We aim to be a place of welcome and spiritual refreshment for all ages.
We aim to be a life giving and life healing community open to all.
We aim to go out into our community to work with others, to speak for justice, and to provide for those in need.
We aim to have fun together.
Perhaps you’ve never been a ‘churchgoer’? Not going to church at present? Come and take look at us, next Sunday. Either 9.30am for our traditional Parish Communion, or 11am for our informal No Limits! Service
We welcome all the members we can get and there is a place waiting for you right now!
St Stephens IS Church ― but not as you know it …
