OUR Vicar, Ian, has a passion for
playing electric lead guitar and this love of music has been extended to
composition and Ian has written Rock Communions for us to share.
The last
Rock Communion
was on Easter Sunday, entitled 'Meet you in the light'
A carnival atmosphere was created for the
evening in joyous celebration of Christ's resurrection. There was bunting,
flag waving decorations and a light show to accompany
the performance led by Ian on rock guitar. |
WE enjoy worship together, celebrating God's
love in any way that is meaningful and exciting.
Some of our congregation are in a Christian Rock Band:
Jakey, Dave and Steve are
 founder members, and
always glad of enthusiastic supporters.
They 'rock the world'
with their own distinctive brand of high energy Christian rock music.
